New Structural Nanocomposite Based on PLGA and Al2O3 NPs as a Balance between Antibacterial Activity and Biocompatibility with Eukaryotic Cells

Development of eco-friendly and biodegradable package materials is an important goal modern science international industry. Poly(lactic)-co-glycolic acid (PLGA) suitable for this purpose. However, biocompatible may be contaminated with bacteria. This problem solved by the addition metal oxides nanoparticles (NPs) antibacterial properties. Although NPs often show cytotoxicity against plant mammalian cells, a new nanocomposite based on PLGA aluminum oxide (Al2O3) has been developed.
